Return & Refund Policy

At GemSilk, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packed before it is shipped. Due to the nature of fashion jewelry and hygiene considerations, all purchases made on GemSilk are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased from our website.

This policy applies to all orders, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Personal preference

  • Gift purchases

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography

We kindly request you to review the product description, images, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please share:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once verified, our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Refunds

Since our products are non-returnable, refunds are generally not applicable.

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Your order could not be fulfilled.

  • A duplicate payment was successfully charged.

  • A refund has been approved by GemSilk under exceptional circumstances.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected serviceable PIN codes.

If a COD order is repeatedly refused without a valid reason, GemSilk reserves the right to restrict COD for future purchases.

Product Care

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

  • Keep away from water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.

  • Store in a dry place after use.

  • Keep each piece separately to avoid scratches.

  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Proper care will help preserve the finish and shine of your jewelry.
