GemSilk offers premium fashion jewelry and accessories.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual product colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to:

  • Photography lighting

  • Manufacturing variations

Such minor variations are normal and shall not be considered product defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

  • We reserve the right to modify product prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available on our website.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except eligible Cash on Delivery orders).

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.

This confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance.

GemSilk reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order.

  • Limit product quantities.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or policy violations.

If an order is cancelled by GemSilk after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

GemSilk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GemSilk shall not be liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All products sold by GemSilk are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Personal preference

  • Gift purchases

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing your Order ID and supporting photographs. Eligible claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders placed on GemSilk are processed immediately to ensure timely dispatch.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded by the customer.

GemSilk reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or any other operational reason. In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the GemSilk website, including but not limited to:

  • GemSilk name and branding

  • Logos

  • Product photographs

  • Product descriptions

  • Graphics

  • Website design

  • Text

  • Icons

  • Software and other digital content

is owned by or licensed to GemSilk and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts.
